Returns Policy

WHAT can be returned?
After you receive the cover, if you have not yet attempted to install it, you can return it to us.  We must receive the cover undamaged, preferably in it's original packaging which is designed to protect it during shipping.

Standard cover sizes can be returned under this policy however custom sized covers cannot be returned.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
You need to notify us ASAP if you wish to return the cover, and no later than 7 days after receiving it.  For retail sales after 7 days there is $60 per cover restocking fee.  For wholesale/trade sales a $60 per cover restocking fee applies for all returns.

HOW do customers return items?

SHIPPING for returns?
You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the cover back to us.

CREDIT for returns?
You will receive a refund, less a restocking fee (where applicable) which covers the admin and handling cost of the return shipping.

Instore return option?
If you are in Brisbane, you can return the cover in person.  Please contact us to arrange a time.

Packing materials?
We pref to receive any returned cover in it's original packaging, which is designed to protect it during shipping.
