What We Can Customize

We can modify almost every aspect of our standard heavy-duty frames to suit your specific installation:

• Custom Dimensions: We build custom covers to fit non-standard solar equipment or extended wall-mounting offsets.
• Obstruction & Leg Modifications: Have a brick extrusion or low-mounted conduit in the way? We can shorten or adjust individual mounting legs and frame components for a perfect fit.
• Side Cover Panels: Need extra weather or sun protection from the sides? We offer add-on side panels to enclose your system while maintaining essential natural ventilation.
• Custom Top Gap: We can increase the gap at the back of the roof panel on our covers to accommodate the installation's surroundings.

 

 

Important Sizing & Clearance Tips

When planning a custom cover, keeping a few key manufacturing guidelines in mind will help ensure your system gets maximum protection at the best price:

• Maximum Width Limit (98cm): Due to raw polycarbonate sheet manufacturing constraints, the maximum width for any cover is 98cm. For setups wider than 98cm, we can design a multi-cover setup (such as two covers mounted side-by-side) to protect your entire system.
• Front Clearance Requirement: For ground mounted battery covers, we strongly recommend leaving roughly 5-6cm of clearance between the front face of your equipment and the inside panel of the cover. This ensures adequate airflow for thermal management and allows the hinged door to open and latch smoothly.

How to Request a Custom Quote

Getting a custom enclosure is quick and simple. To help us provide an accurate quote and recommend the ideal frame design, please gather the following core measurements of your setup:

1. Height: Total height of your battery/inverter.
2. Width: Total width of your battery/inverter.
3. Depth: Distance from the wall to the outermost face of the unit (including any mounting brackets or wall offsets).
4. Photo of Installation: A clear photo of the installation site (including its surroundings), to help identify any obstructions.
